Mr. Roybal has for over fifteen years been the Environmental Engineering Director for Field Resource for Environmental Data, a progressive environmental engineering firm based in California. Under Mr. Roybal’s Directorship, the company evolved to meet the growing environmental compliance and their consequential engineering demands in large and small industrial operations which have included Aerospace Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing, Composite Manufacturing, Foundries, Fiberglass Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, Paper Products, Automotive Industry, Plastic Products, Wood products, Furniture, Golf Cars/Alternative Fuel Vehicles, Paint Companies, Ceramic Manufacturing, and Auto Repair Facilities.

Mr. Roybal has not only worked with local city and county regulatory agencies throughout the United States but also worked extensively in establishing industry guidelines, MACT and BACT standards with some of the leading regulatory agencies in the United States, including the South Coast Air Quality Management District, Air Resource Boards through out the country, and the State and Federal Environmental Protection Agency divisions, regulatory and enforcement.
